This unique experience is perfect for travelers who want to get out and explore one of the most beautiful sailing destinations in the Great Lakes.
Trip Itinerary
Spend your first night aboard the boat at the dock in Schooner Bay Marina. The next morning the Captain will join you and we set sail. Trip itinerary depends on weather and wind conditions but our central location near the park gives us a variety of park highlights to choose from including the Sand Island sea caves and lighthouse, Devils Island sea caves and lighthouse, secluded anchorages on Oak or Rocky Island or the remote rocky shoreline and protected sandy beaches of Stockton Island. Come with a sense of adventure and there is no doubt we will find some of the most beautiful and remote destinations in the park on this trip!
The Boat
Take a look inside "Echo" a 35 foot Catamaran featuring a three cabin, one bath layout. The first thing you notice when stepping inside Echo is all the natural light that the large windows bring in so even when your inside during your adventure you won't miss a thing. The main salon is the heart of the boat, a game table for cozy evenings, and general gathering place for great conversation. It can be easily transformed into a second queen size bed if your group decides to use it in such a way. The master queen is one of the best boat bunks we have ever seen in a 35 foot boat.

What to Bring
A sailboat has similar amenities to a camper, this is a good way to anticipate what it is like to live in a condensed off grid space.

Linens and pillows are provided. Plan to bring your own bedding or sleeping bag.

You are responsible for your own food on the trip. There is a small but functional galley stocked with kitchen utensils and dishes. It has a four burner marine stovetop, mini refrigerator, sink, counter space and outdoor grill on the back deck.

​Breakfast Day One - Granola with fresh fruit or yogurt
Lunch Day One - Bring pre-made Sandwiches or supplies to make your own! -
Dinner Day One - Chicken, Brats or Hamburgers made on the Grill with side of chips or salad.

Breakfast Day Two - Granola with fresh fruit or yogurt.
Lunch Day Two - Smoked fish from Bayfield with crackers, cheese and fruit like grapes or apples.

We have a cooler with a variety of drinks (Water, Lacroix, Gatorade, Beer) available to you during the trip. If you have a favorite or specific drink in mind you would like to have on your trip feel free to bring it along.
Plan to bring your own personal items and clothing. The key to being comfortable throughout the day is dressing in layers . Days can include swimming, being on the deck out in sun and wind, and enjoying an evening sunset in a cool Lake Superior breeze.
​We are dog friendly! We are happy to welcome your small to medium well behaved dog on your sailing trip. However please do consider how having your dog along will affect your trip as dogs can react differently to life onboard. Trip itineraries and sailing times may need to be adjusted depending on their needs. Our sailboats are not a good fit for large dogs, multiple dogs or high shedding dogs.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
50% deposit due if booked more than 60 days out from your trip start date. Remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.

Cancel up to 60 days prior to your trip and receive 90% refund of your trip total.
